OmahKu Security and Payment Transparency

Payment Data Security

OmahKu implements data security practices to protect user billing and transaction information. Data is accessed per assigned administrator roles.

Payment Proof

Each transaction is recorded with digital payment proof traceable by administrators and residents per community policy.

Payment Flow Transparency

OmahKu helps administrators manage bill creation, payment status recording, reminders, and reports. Fund flow follows payment configuration and the administrator or partner account used.

Administrator Access

Access to community data is limited by role. Administrators only see data for communities they manage.

What You Should Know

  • • OmahKu is a billing payment software platform, not a banking institution.
  • • Account and payment gateway configuration is set per your community setup.
  • • Fund flow information is explained transparently to prospective users.

How Does Money Flow in OmahKu Billing?

OmahKu Billing helps administrators create invoices, share payment information, record transactions, and monitor invoice status.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment service providers available on each customer's account.

How funds are received, the destination account, settlement timing, and payment fees follow the service configuration and the terms of the payment provider in use.

OmahKu service fees may apply according to the package and the applicable commercial agreement.

Questions to Ask During a Demo

Before using any payment system, make sure your committee understands the answers to these questions for your own community account:

  • Which account do residents' payments go to, and whose name is it in?
  • Which payment provider is used, what does it charge, and when do funds arrive?
  • Which administrators can see payment data, and how are their roles set?
  • How do residents get payment proof, and which parts of the report can they see?
  • Whom does the committee contact about an unrecognized transaction?

Reporting a Payment or Security Issue

If you find an unrecognized transaction, a payment that was not recorded, or a suspected security issue, contact the OmahKu team by email at support@omahku-id.com or on WhatsApp. Include your community or company name, when it happened, and any payment proof. Never send passwords or OTP codes by chat or email.
