OmahKu was first developed in 2023 as a payment and dues administration platform for communities.
It was designed to help housing and community administrators create invoices, send payment reminders, record transactions, and review reports in a more organised way.
Over time, OmahKu extended its technology to other business operations, particularly field sales productivity and people management.
OmahKu was founded by Reynaldi Somantri together with Ahmad Arif and Rauzan Fikri.
All three were involved in early product development and built the foundation of OmahKu as a digital solution for communities and businesses in Indonesia.
Their roles at the 2023 launch are part of the company history and do not describe the current board of directors.

According to a company document dated 26 August 2026, Michelle Tjahyadi Sugianto is recorded as Director of PT Trisuku Inti Griya Abadi.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment service providers available on each customer's account.
How funds are received, the destination account, settlement timing, and payment fees follow the service configuration and the terms of the payment provider in use.
OmahKu service fees may apply according to the package and the applicable commercial agreement.
